1.
24 hours notice regarding off or on service. On new construction
must have certificate of occupancy to then request an application
for service. Can get application sent or on-line at www.fpl.com,
and will take three days minimum to get service installed.

A deposit may be required, but this is based on a credit rating and
historical information. To set up service FPL needs notification 10
to 14 days before closing with Name, Address, Telephone Number, Work
Address and Work Telephone Number. If a deposit is required it must
be mailed or taken to a pay agent 10 days prior to service starting.
Those monies are then put into an interest bearing (6%) account
credited annually. That interest is added to your deposit amount and
is fully credited to your account at the end of 23 months of
continuous service, or when the account is closed.

Circuit breakers must be off.
4.
The address for mailing a deposit is FPL, General Mail Facility,
Miami, Florida 33188-0001.

Call within 5 days of changeover (closing date) to connect of
disconnect.

To make the change, it is preferred that the new owner comes into
the office, but an application will be mailed if necessary. To
receive a mailed application they must have the new owner’s name,
forwarding address and phone number.

Change is by application only and may be done only within 5 days
before the closing.

$20.00 to read the meter - paid by the Buyer.
BONITA

Deposit of $100.00 for water and sewer, and $40.00 for waters only.
Deposit may be waived with a letter of credit from a former utility.
2.
There is a $35.00 non-refundable transfer fee.
3.
To make the change it is preferred that the new owner come into the
office but an application will be mailed if necessary.

To arrange for service, Telephone Company will accept collect calls
from outside US locations. In US the number is 800-339-1811.

Turn on charge for new or old account: $50.00 (includes $20.00 for
service order & $30.00 for the first line); $30.00 for each
additional line if included in the same order. Each new jack that
has to be installed is $60.00. If required, inside labor is $15.00
per 15 minutes plus $10.00 labor per jack and wire.
4.
No charge for disconnect.
